A strong flavor, with personality, which comes from pigs from the region of Castile and Leon. After the meat is cut by hand, the minced meat is placed in a natural beef casing.

The only thing left to do is to let Embutidos Ezequiel's salchichón rest, mature and be smoked in our cellars, a great place to obtain the most particular notes of aroma, flavor and color.
Sliced: Salchichón Extra Cular can be sliced and served as an appetizer or as an accompaniment to a board of cold cuts. It is recommended to take it out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before eating it so that it regains its optimal temperature and flavor.
