If you are a lover of traditional Spanish cuisine, you can't miss our Costilla Adobada Curada. Made with the best quality ingredients and following the traditional recipe, this marinated rib has a unique flavour that will transport you to the flavours of yesteryear.

We use selected pork ribs, marinated with a special blend of paprika, garlic and salt. This combination provides a deep flavour and unique texture, which undergoes a slow, natural curing process to ensure its perfect flavour and texture.

How can I consume the Costilla Adobada Curada?

  • Preparation for Serving: Cook the rib in a large pot with sufficient water over low heat for 2-3 hours. This cooking process allows the flavours to integrate and the meat to become tender. You can add vegetables such as potatoes and carrots for a complete dish.
  • Classic Accompaniments: Serve the pork rib with traditional side dishes such as cachelos (boiled potatoes), cabbage, chickpeas or roasted peppers. It can also be complemented with a fresh salad to balance the flavours.
  • Preservation: To preserve the cured marinated ribs, it is recommended to keep them in the fridge and consume them within a maximum of one week. It can also be frozen for later consumption.
