To all of this we must add the necessary salt. Once the union has been forged and consolidated, it is time to give shape to our sausage: in accordance with tradition, the mixture is placed in a natural casing, which is then tied, using techniques dictated by our culinary heritage.

But what gives the pork sausage of Embutidos Ezequiel all its characteristics is the smoking process, made with oak wood and immersed in our carefully located cellars. This is the moment to acquire its characteristic traditional flavor.
